According to the manufacturer, it can also be used during your period.

How to use

The condom is inserted into the vagina before intercourse, in accordance with the manufacturer’s leaflet – the air cushion must be positioned in the centre. When using it for the first time, it is best to take your time and not rush: the female condom takes a little practice to get used to.

Good to know

An internal condom looks and works differently from a male condom, and you need to practise putting it in. It should not be used at the same time as a male condom.
