RETURN POLICY OF THE ONLINE STORE prezerwatywy4u.pl

1. This Return Policy applies to the Online Store https://prezerwatywy4u.pl/ ("Online Store").
2. A consumer who has concluded a distance sales agreement has the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for those provided for by law, within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the Product ("Statutory right of withdrawal").
3. The right to return a Product applies exclusively to Consumers. An Entrepreneur who purchased the Product in connection with their business activity is not entitled to withdraw from the Sales Agreement. However, if an Entrepreneur purchased the Product for purposes not directly related to their business activity, they shall be treated as a Consumer and are entitled to the Statutory right of withdrawal.
4. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to submit a clear statement of withdrawal to the Seller before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
5. The declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement may be submitted, in particular:
   1. in writing to the address: Nowy Krok Sp. z o.o., ul. Sportowa 6, apt. 59, 35-111 Rzeszów, Poland;
   2. electronically by e-mail to: sklep@prezerwatywy4u.pl;
   3. using the return form available at: https://prezerwatywy4u.pl/en/en-add-return/
6. The Consumer may use the return form template, but is not obliged to do so.
7. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the Product. In the case of multiple Products delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the period begins on the day the last Product, batch or part is received.
8. The Consumer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. It is sufficient to dispatch the Product before the expiry of this period. The Product should be returned to the following address: Nowy Krok Sp. z o.o., ul. Sportowa 6, apt. 59, 35-111 Rzeszów, Poland.
9. The Consumer should properly secure the returned Product so that it is not damaged during transport.
10. In the event of an effective withdrawal from a distance Sales Agreement, the Agreement shall be deemed not concluded.
11. The Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement.
12. The refund shall be made using the same means of payment as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not involve any costs.
13. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. This may include, in particular, loss of resale value, relabeling costs, securing costs, specialist examination costs, and costs required to restore the Product to a condition allowing its resale.
14. The Statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
    1. expiry of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period;
    2. Products manufactured to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
    3. Products delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening (e.g. underwear, swimwear).
15. This Return Policy constitutes an integral part of the Online Store’s Terms and Conditions and enters into force on 09.01.2026.
