Sagami Original 0.02, 3 pcs — the standard size of Sagami's 0.02 mm polyurethane series

Sagami Original 0.02 is a Japanese polyurethane condom with a wall of about 0.02 mm. Polyurethane passes body heat well and has no smell of rubber, which is why this series is chosen by people who want the condom to be felt as little as possible. Three pieces are a sensible pack to get used to the model.

How to use and lubricants

Use according to the manufacturer's leaflet. The rigid blister protects the condom from being crushed and shows which way to put it on. Polyurethane tolerates water-based, silicone-based and oil-based lubricants.

Choosing the size

Sizes in the Sagami Original series (nominal width is the width of the condom laid flat):

  • 0.02 standard and 0.02 ExtraLub: width 55 ± 2 mm, length 170 ± 10 mm.
  • 0.02 L-Size: width 58 ± 2 mm, length 190 ± 10 mm.
  • 0.02 XL-Size: width 60 ± 2 mm, length 195 ± 10 mm.
  • 0.01 L-Size: width 58 ± 2 mm, length 190 ± 10 mm, wall about 0.018 mm.

If the condom feels tight at the base, choose the next size up. If it slips or wrinkles, choose a smaller one. Polyurethane stretches less than latex, so the difference of a few millimetres is noticeable.

Worth knowing

Polyurethane stretches less than latex, so the right size matters. If the standard size feels tight, choose the L-Size. Price per piece is higher than for latex condoms.
