LEX – simple latex condoms for everyday use
LEX are natural latex condoms available in five core ranges, with a neutral, odourless silicone lubricant. A sensible everyday choice when you don’t need any extra sensations or flavours.
Who manufactures them
The entity responsible for LEX condoms in the EU is MedPack Swiss AG, based in Switzerland. The condoms are manufactured in Ukraine, at the same factory as Dolphi condoms. You’ll find full contact details on each LEX product page.
Which range to choose
All models are the same size: 52 mm wide and 180 mm long.
- Classic – smooth, classic shape.
- Ultra Thin – a thinner wall, 0.05 mm.
- Super Strong – thicker wall, 0.07 mm, for when you need greater durability.
- Ribbed – ribbed surface, wall thickness 0.06 mm.
- Dotted – raised dots, wall thickness 0.06 mm.
Packaging
LEX condoms are available in packs of 12, 24 and 48 – larger packs are convenient if you use one particular range regularly.
How to use and store
Each condom is for single use only. Read the instructions and check the expiry date before use; do not use a condom if the foil or packaging is damaged or open. Store them in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight, and dispose of used condoms in the household bin, not down the toilet. If you need extra lubricant, choose one that is safe for latex – oil-based lubricants can damage the condom.
Good to know
Latex can cause an allergic reaction in people with a latex allergy. If you experience irritation, a burning sensation or discomfort, stop using it and consult a doctor; if you have a known allergy, choose latex-free condoms. Condoms reduce the risk of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, but no method of contraception offers complete protection.
